New Homes

The staff at Audio Visions understands that the process of building a new home is, more often than not, a frustrating and stressful endeavor. At Audio Visions, our goal is to make the home audio and video phase as simple and hassle-free as possible.

At Audio Visions the process begins as a consultation with the homeowner. We offer a relaxed atmosphere for reviewing architectural plans, as we discuss the individual wants and needs of each client. Because this is new construction, the walls are still open, and the possibilities are virtually endless. We invite clients to spend time in all of our state of the art theatre rooms, as we believe this "hands on" experience helps in the decision-making process.

After discussing all options, one of our sales associates or installers will do a "walk-thru" at the construction site. We work closely with both client and builder as we continue to talk about additional choices and possibilities. Communication with the builder through every phase of construction is crucial, as it ensures that our work will be accomplished within the builder's time frame, thusly elimination most scheduling stresses.

At this point we provide the client with a professional proposal that clearly outlines all of our recommendations and prices, usually based on a pre-determined budget.

In order to insure the proper and professional installation of your "dream" home audio and video systems, we follow a four step process.

Step One is the pre-wire. Our installers run wiring for television, telephones, cable, internet, and home automation. This is completed before the walls go up.

Step Two is the trim out. This stage includes installation of all in-wall and in-ceiling speakers, volume controls and keypads, as well as the structured panel box that will neatly house all home audio and video wiring.

Step Three is the complete home installation. All electronics are installed at this time. Universal remotes, another way to simplify your home audio and video system, are also programmed at this point. The system is tested and retested until Audio Vision's staff is completely satisfied with all aspects of the project.

Step Four, our last stage, is when the client is taught how to use the system. We have on-call employees who are available for all of your questions. We are available for additional training if necessary. Minor tweaking may have to be done as you become more familiar with your system. To answer any questions or make any adjustments, we are always just a phone call away.

Existing Homes

In addition to new construction, we also offer options for existing homes. This process is called "retro fit". Although this process is more labor intense, our clients can expect home audio and video systems comparable to new construction.

We offer home consultations so that we may assess the feasibility of each job. In many cases, we can achieve our desired clean look by snaking wire through existing walls, using crawl spaces and attic spaces as access. Our creative and talented installation staff can turn what seems to be impossible into reality by generating innovative ways to complete the task.

After the initial walk thru, we invite our clients into our store so they may experience our innovative and beautiful theatre rooms, complete with all audio video components and luxurious theatre seating that will entice you to take a seat.

We encourage our clients to spend time experiencing and enjoying the working products throughout our retail store. We boast a very knowledgeable and friendly store staff, who are available to answer all of your questions. We believe this process helps our clients make informed decisions.

At this point, we provide the client with a professional proposal that clearly outlines all of our recommendations and prices.

Once the proposal is approved by the client, an appointment is set for the home installation. All electronics are installed at this time. Universal remotes, another way to simplify your home audio and video systems, are also programmed at this time. The system is then tested and re-tested until Audio Vision's staff is completely satisfied with all aspects of the project.

Our last stage is when the customer is taught how to use the system. We have on-call employees, who are available for all of your questions. We are available for additional training if necessary. Minor tweaking may have to be done as you become more familiar with your system. To answer any questions or make any adjustments, we are always just a phone call away.
